This is the Uberti 1866 Sporting .44-40 Rifle/Shotgun.
This is unique in that the gun started off as a .44-40 lever action rifle and has actually had the rifling out and restricted to 3 shots so it can now be owned on a section 2 licence. This is probably the only one of these in existence and a unique opportunity to own a classic cowboy gun on a standard shotgun licence.
This has come to us as part of a very unusual collection from a gentleman who was a Wild West fanatic.
Probably a once in a lifetime gun.
